Once an order is placed your skirt(s) will be mailed out USPS priority mail within 2-5 business days. Depending on where it's going, priority mail takes 2-3 days to arrive at its destination, so that’s roughly a week. I know it’s not big box lightning speed….  But as they say “good things come to those who wait” (and you can’t get a cool handmade skirt on Amazon!)

Yes, we are happy to accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of purchase. Item(s) must be in new condition and unworn. Please see our full return policy for more info :)

Super easy! Click the "CONTACT" option on the site navigation menu and request a return/exchange and I will email you a return address document.  You can just pop it in the mail and upon receipt I will issue a refund for your skirt(s) :) Unfortunately because I’m not a giant mega company (Just me and my sister!) you will be responsible for any return shipping costs :(  

You can put your jupiter girl skirt right in the washer and dryer and it’ll be just fine :)  Many people opt to line dry it but you don’t have to.  Even though all my skirts are made from 100% cotton recycled tee’s they will not shrink because I prewash all the t-shirts I use before making them into skirts. 

Yes! I would be happy to make a custom skirt for you with your favorite or special tee! If you are interested in doing this get in touch with me using the "CONTACT" page in the site navigation. I would love to hear your ideas and thoughts. Custom skirts are an additional $30-$50 (so $90 plus this additional fee) depending on the complexity of the design.  

Once the shipping label has been created, the customer will be notified by email with a tracking number. Another email will be received once the skirt has been delivered. All packages will be sent USPS priority mail.
